Options for 2020 Season Ticket Holders

April 21, 2020
We wanted to outline the various options our 2020 Season Ticket holders have in regards to your tickets. While we are trying to personally reach out to each of you, we may miss some of  you. (This is usually due to a change in email address or phone number that hasn’t yet been updated in our system.)

We want to give you clear choices and a streamlined process. Only you can decide the best way we can serve you right now, so we have tried to give you all available options. Simply click on the link that matches your preference. While we tried to think of everything, if there is something we haven’t thought of or haven’t listed here – please email us at boxoffice@weathervaneplayhouse.org!
OPTION 1: Donate to Weathervane Playhouse
As a non-profit arts institution, the impact of these lost performances is significant. You can make a difference during this difficult time with a tax-deductible contribution to Weathervane Playhouse. This can be in any amount up to the entirety of your season ticket order. Any remainder after a donation may be saved as a credit in your account for future use or refunded to you.

OPTION 2: Move your 2020 tickets to 2021
We understand not everyone is in a position to make a donation right now. Another way you can make a positive impact on our future is to simply move your 2020 tickets to 2021. We will assign your same days and seats automatically. We were so excited for this summer, and are working with our licensing agencies. We have already confirmed Steel Magnolias and Flashdance the Musical for 2021 and expect final confirmation for 9 to 5 the Musical,  Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express within the next 1-2 weeks. If you have a 7 show subscription, you may opt to keep your 2020 Fall (Clue the Musical) and Winter (Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings) show tickets and move just your summer tickets.

OPTION 3: Donate to those in our community
We are working with groups and organizations to identify our neighbors who have been most impacted by COVID-19 and the associated closures, as well as those working so hard to keep us safe so we may donate tickets to people such as healthcare workers and first responders; service industry workers; small business owners and their employees; etc. If you would like to join us in this effort, you can convert all or part of your season subscription to individual tickets to be donated to those in our community.

OPTION 4: Request a refund
This is a difficult time for everyone, and we want to make be sure we are serving our patrons and community in the best possible way. This includes issuing refunds when requested. We hope to see you again soon.

We have been working hard to process changes / exchanges / refunds for our 2020 Season Ticket holders. While there are hundreds of you – representing thousands of tickets – there are just 3 of us (two of whom are part time), mostly working from home.  We do ask you to allow up to 30 days to process your request. We truly appreciate your patience, and the outpouring of support we have received so far throughout this process.
