COVID Safety Measures

COVID Safety Measures at Weathervane Playhouse

UPDATED: February 28, 2022

Due to recent changes in the spread of COVID-19 and the impact in Central Ohio and Licking County, Weathervane Playhouse is announcing a change to current COVID policies:

  • While masks are not currently required, all audience members, cast, crew, staff, students, and volunteers are welcome to wear a mask at Weathervane Playhouse.
  • The highest filtration possible on the Playhouse’s HVAC system, continuously circulating in fresh air whenever people are in any buildings, will be used.
  • Hand sanitizer and masks will continue to be made available for audience members, cast, crew, staff, students and volunteers.
  • Proof of COVID vaccinations is not required by audience members.
  • We will continue to require all cast, crew, staff and volunteers to be fully vaccinated.

These changes went into effect March 1, 2022. The Staff and Board will continue to monitor conditions and guidelines and will update this policy as needed. It is believed that the safety of audience members, performers and stage crew, volunteers, and staff is the highest priority. Should you have a specific question(s) or issues concerning your tickets about these measures, please contact Lauren Harvey at lauren@weathervaneplayhouse.org or by calling the Box Office at 740-366-4616 to discuss flexible options for your tickets.

We at Weathervane Playhouse will continue to regularly evaluate our health and safety policies and will make necessary and appropriate adjustments based on community health data and the guidance of our local public-health officials.
