Picnic at the Playhouse – Weathervane Playhouse

*Picnic at the Playhouse* takes place on June 6th, 2024 at Weathervane Playhouse! Join us for an evening of fun as we celebrate our 56th year of theatre. Purchase tickets here.

Mix and mingle with the cast of *Man of La Mancha* while enjoying dinner from Palumbo’s Italian Market, beverages from the bar, and bidding on silent auction items that you can’t resist taking home with you.

As our guest, you have the option of joining us for the pre-performance festivities as well as adding a ticket to *Man of La Mancha* onto your order. The June 6th performance of *Man of La Mancha* will sell out! If you’re a season subscriber, we will happily move your ticket to June 6th if you so wish (as long as we still have seating available).

The picnic will take place outside on the lawn in a spacious covered tent. Check in at the gazebo to receive your table assignment for the evening.

Dinner is included in the ticket price and a bar will be available for beverage purchases. The dinner menu is as follows: Cheese Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, Roasted Vegetables, Bread and Dipping oil, Salad, and Cannoli.

**SCHEDULE OF EVENTS**

5:00 PM – Doors Open to Guests / Dinner / Bar / Silent Auction Open

7:30 PM – *Man of La Mancha* Performance

8:30 PM – Silent Auction Closes (After intermission)

9:45 PM – Silent Auction Winners Announced (At the end of the show)

TICKET PACKAGES

$75 – This ticket will get you into pre-performance festivities, including the appetizers, auction and entertainment.
$110 – This ticket will get you into the pre-performance festivities AND a ticket for that evening’s performance beginning at 7:30 PM

All seating will be assigned by the Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to sit with someone, please let us know. Your name will be on a guest list on arrival. Simply check in at the gazebo on Playhouse grounds.
