The Celtic Nutcracker – Weathervane Playhouse

Millennium Academy of Irish Dance & Music is proud to welcome you to the eleventh annual production of The Celtic Nutcracker at Weathervane Playhouse.

Choreographer, Muireann Ni Chiara, and Director, Kayce Downey, have adapted this holiday favorite, giving it an Irish twist, with lively original choreographies set to specially selected traditional Irish tunes. The production features Millennium Academy Irish dancers and musicians, ranging in age from four to 19 years, who have worked tirelessly for many months to bring you a new holiday tradition we hope you will enjoy. Feel free to clap along as you follow Ciara on her magical journey in The Celtic Nutcracker.

Our theatre has wheelchair accessible and companion seating available in Row A, and are available for purchase by contacting our Box Office. Please note that wheelchair and accessible seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

Refreshments will be available at the concession stand.

The show was excellent. The actors, the sets, the music. The house coordination, with instructions and information, was also great. It was nice to have a concession, too. This was my first play at Weathervane Playhouse and I’m already planning my next show. There’s not a bad seat in the house!
