“In 1992, I spent the summer as an actor doing a full-season of summer stock, at the Wayside Theatre, in Winchester, Virginia. It was at this small Equity theatre that I was introduced to Ken Ludwig and his masterfully funny play Lend Me a Tenor. I was playing the role of Max, the nervous Assistant Manager of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company and aspiring opera singer. Now … 25-years later (OMG!) … I get to revisit all these characters, who feel like my friends, as the director of this ‘Tenor’ sequel, A Comedy of Tenors! I so enjoy the door slamming antics of these characters! Stakes are high for all involved and the secrets and sexual escapades are rampant. I promise you a fast-paced evening of laughter and entertainment!”
