Accessibility & Special Services

Hearing Assist: Hearing assist devices are available for use free of charge at the Box Office.

Wheelchair Accessibility: Weathervane Playhouse is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and accessible experience for all of our patrons. Our theatre has wheelchair accessible and companion seating available in Row A, and are available for Single Ticket and Season Ticket Subscription purchase by contacting our Box Office. Weathervane Playhouse is also equipped with wheelchair-accessible restrooms and dedicated parking spaces. Please notify our Box Office if you require wheelchair accommodations and / or assistance to and from your vehicle. Informing us of your needs in advance allows us to make preparations for your arrival, ensuring a quick and pleasant experience for you.

Comfort and Convenience

Climate-Controlled Environment: Our theatre is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter for your comfort.

Gazebo and Park National Bank Courtyard: Our courtyard is equipped with picnic tables. It and our gazebo are available for your use prior to each show and during intermission.

Gift Shop: Visit the Box Office to purchase Weathervane clothing, seat cushions and mementos prior to performances, or during intermission.

Meet and Greet Line: Meet the actors after each show in our Meet and Greet line, located along the walkway outside of the theatre. This is moved to the lobby during times of inclement weather.

Parking: Parking is free at Weathervane Playhouse.

Programs: Programs are available for each of our Productions. There are recycling boxes available at either entrance of the theatre for those who do not wish to take them home after the show.

Refreshments: Popcorn, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at our concession stand, located in our lobby, prior to curtain and during intermission. To further enhance your experience, we do allow these purchases in the theatre during performances.

Theatre Talk Back Sessions: If you are attending a matinee performance with an educational group, you can request a Talk Back session with members of our acting and technical staff. We will do our best to accommodate all requests made at least 14 days in advance.

We thank you for your consideration

Cameras: In accordance with our performance Licensing Agreements, the use of all cameras and recording devices of any kind is prohibited.

Cell Phones: Please remember to turn off your phones and electrical devices prior to the start of each performance. Although we love for you to text your friends and post about your experience on Facebook and Twitter, we prefer you do it before or after the show, or during intermission.

If you arrive late: To be considerate of our actors and other patrons, latecomers will be seated at appropriate times and seat locations determined by theatre management. You are welcome to move to your ticketed seat during intermission.

If your plans change: Please consider giving tickets you can’t use to friends or family. You may also donate them back to Weathervane Playhouse’s Angel Ticket program 24 hours prior to the ticketed show time.
