Years at Weathervane: 2013-current
Position: Actor

My first show with weathervane was in 2013 as Oscar in The Odd Couple. I remember thinking just how incredible it was to have a community that loves live theater and the support it had showed for so many consecutive years. It was a wonderful experience and directed by the incredible Tim Browning. At the close of the show I was hooked by my Newark experience and thought I’d like to work here again.

That opportunity came again in December of 2017 as Dad in Meet Me in St. Louis. It was truly a wonderful holiday experience. The rapport our family and cast had along with the responses our audience’s gave made this a magical show.

In the summer of 2018 I was thrilled to play Harold in The Full Monty. I got to dance with my lovely Krista Lively Stauffer and I must say the last scene of the show was a never before felt feeling for me as an actor…and it was liberating!

That same year in December I was Lucky enough to play the dream role of Herbie in Gypsy. It was challenging at times working such a big show with kids in such a short time frame…but the magic of theater came through for opening and it’s a show I’ll cherish and never forget. I also got to perform with the GSO for the New Year’s Eve Gala and even made an appearance performing as Bobble Head Elvis.

I just completed my 5th show in August 2019 as the father Jackie Elliot in Billy Elliott. It was a powerful show and well received by sold out audiences. It was a locomotive train that gained so much strenghth with each performance. I was so proud of this cast for what we created in just 10 days of rehearsal. Just amazing to see the way we moved audiences each night!I Love the weathervane family and look forward to a reunion in the near future.

Peace and be safe during these unsettling times.
